How do I apply for a rental?

What utilities are included in rent?

  • To help keep things simple, heat and water are included in your rent. Tenants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own electricity.

How much is the security deposit?

  • Enjoy affordable move-in costs with security deposits as low as $499.

What payment methods do you accept for rent?

  • We accept rent payments through Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) forms and Zenbase. Zenbase is a flexible payment platform that lets residents split rent into smaller payments, making budgeting more manageable and convenient.

Are pets allowed and is there a pet fee?

  • We’re pet-friendly! Pets of all sizes are welcome, with no weight restrictions. There is a one-time fee of $250 for your first pet and $50 for each additional pet, with no ongoing monthly pet rent required.

Is laundry available on-site?

  • Yes! All of our buildings offer on-site laundry facilities, giving residents convenient 24/7 access whenever it fits their schedule.
