    My experience living in this building has been mostly positive, and I'd like to recognize the staff for their hard work.

    A special thank you to Katherine Norambuena, who takes care of keeping the building clean. She is always friendly, courteous, and willing to help whenever you see her in the hallways. The common areas are consistently clean and well-presented, and it's clear that she works very hard every day. It would be even better if all residents did their part to help keep these shared spaces clean.

    I'd also like to recognize Antonio. From the very beginning, he was kind and welcoming. He does his best to respond to emails and assist residents. While responses can sometimes take a little longer because of the large number of apartments in the building, it's understandable, and I appreciate the effort he puts into helping everyone.

    Overall, this is a great place to rent. The building is clean, the staff is helpful, and my leasing application process was smooth and straightforward. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-maintained place with a friendly team.

    Incredible location and building. It’s under new management and you can see the changes. I dealt with Pamela in leasing, she made it all happen within 48 hours. I wanted this place from the moment I saw it and she made it happen.

    Friendly staff, friendly tenants, and pet friendly… which is rare now. I would recommend Pamela and this location to anyone looking for somewhere to live.

    I was lucky to find Avi ( wingspan agent) helping me to find a decent place in PA to live. Before moving to PA, I was living in a small town 3 hours away from PA. I tried 3 different companies to find an apartment which I was not satisfied with their services.

    He agreed to show me the apartment and it’s surrounding through online contact , and I am happy that I trusted him.

    The apartment is clean, newly renovated and painted, quiet, close to my workplace, and with 24/7 security services. I have an astonishing view of beautiful river through the window .

    I've had a wonderful experience using Wingspan for my search for an apartment. Leasing agent Saida made the whole experience pain-free and expedited, and found me the perfect place for my needs and price point. She was forthright, did not pressure, and provided all the information I needed and asked for. She's also a prompt communicator, which is more than I can say for other companies/agents I was working with in my search. I moved into one of Wingspan's properties in the last week, and if her level of service is indicative of the rest of the company, then I'm very excited and feel extremely lucky to have come across them.
